Hello Wimberley Businesses and Neighbors !!!

We are Wimberley Athletic Club! We are a local youth sports program offering a variety of sports to our local Wimberley kids! WAC was established in 1996, by Gary “Catfish” Pigg. This is our 25th year! We offer TOPS (Texan’s On Point), boys and girls for basketball handling, agility and skills. Club Basketball for girls and Club Volleyball for girls.

This year we looking for local sponsors for our WAC Volleyball teams. Club volleyball has become a must in the competitive times for High School sports. Our club girls range in age from 9 to17 years old. They commit and train from November through March/May. We structure their practices with the same rules set by Wimberley ISD Athletics. We do not only teach them the game of volleyball, but how to be good teammates, student athletes and leaders. We also do great things for our community as well, the girls collect non-perishables for our Wimberley Crisis Bread Basket as a part of their Valentines practice. They also collect gifts for boys and girls to donate to our Wimberley Barnabas Connection for their Christmas practice! 

We strongly promote Shop Local through these event’s!!

We have a few options to choose from. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization! Keep your donations local! We will be so grateful for your donation and we will promote your business with our strong appreciation via our social media accounts as well as our web-site throughout our 6 month season! 

Serve-A-Thon

This is so that each player can go out and get their own sponsors while they compete in our Serve-A-Thon, the player will get 100% of their sponsor money brought in! 

Your donation will cover the cost of their T-shirt with your business name and logo. The gym and coaches fees. This is Sponsoring the entire event, your business name will be the only one listed on the shirts! 

Travel and Fan Shirt

This will be the players travel shirt and Fan Shirt! 

Your business name and logo will be on the back of the shirt that the girls will be required to wear as a part of their uniform to all tourneys. This will also be the same shirt that the parents will be wearing as a fan shirt. 

We hope to have at least 20 Travel/Fan shirt sponsors!

These shirts will be handed out in November, 2021. Your deadline is August 10th, 2021

Player Sponsor 

This is a great opportunity to give to a player to cover their club costs. You can set the terms of the donation. It could be set up to go to one of the following: a Teachers family, Low income family, an All A academic student, a multi-sport player, a single parent family OR you can let us pick for you where there is a need. This is needed as soon as possible for our teams who are currently signing for the 2021-22 season. Please contact me asap so that I may help you with your donation.
